Full window replication and replacement, flashing sill wraps, and wall rot remediation on modern wood windows.

This small strata had big trouble with their wood windows. Some of the buildings wood windows were ruined by rot. The decision was made to replace the affected windows completely with new reproductions, seeing as two thirds of the buildings original’s were in near perfect condition. The reproductions were given a heavy duty epoxy paint job, and flashing wraps on the sills to help withstand the tough moist areas that caused all the trouble. Upon removal we discovered that water had transferred down the wall under some of the rotten windows due to a poor installation that had no sill membrane installed. We added the extra work on to the scope and tackled it as we encountered it. Now the building looks like there was never a problem and the membrane is in place as a last line of defense for the wall, as it originally should of been.

Chris earned our complete confidence. He always showed up on time, always left the job sight immaculate, did what he said he would do and usually more and always did it perfectly ( if it isn’t perfect, Chris isn’t happy). His work ethic and customer focus are outstanding.
